Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.


UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Estimated delivery time:
2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free UK shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value where stated.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using tracked international services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • United States: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of world: 7–18 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Address Accuracy

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
