How to Prepare
Traditional Matcha
Add 1/2 teaspoon (1g) matcha to a bowl or cup
Add a small amount of hot water (not boiling — approx 70–80°C)
Whisk until smooth and frothy
Top up with more hot water and enjoy
Matcha Latte
Add 1/2–1 teaspoon matcha to a cup
Mix with a splash of hot water to form a smooth paste
Add warm milk of choice
Sweeten if desired and enjoy
